Fellowship of Christian Athletes Tri-Cities takes center stage this week on The Sports Council as Jamie Council talks with former Oregon State baseball coach Pat Bailey, three-time Olympic gold medalist Leah Amico and FCA Tri-Cities Multi-Area Director Zenon Thornton. The conversation looks at FCA’s work with coaches and athletes, the purpose behind the Tri-Cities Coaches Summit, what makes a great coach beyond wins and losses, how athletes can separate identity from performance, and the lasting impact coaches can have on the people they lead.
